Professional Tape Recovery Services - The First Steps
Datta Recovery will thoroughly examine your tape for any kind of damage, whether it is physical or logical, before any attempt is made to recover the data. Our first concern is to secure a copy of your data to the fullest extent possible; this can be achieved by performing a low-level read of your tape. We will then work from a secure copy of your data to identify the format and determine what process will be used to complete the recovery.
After determining what steps will be necessary to complete your tape data recovery services, we will contact you. No work will be done without your approval. As soon as you approve the recovery, our engineers will continue with the recovery effort.
